Elm: the frontend language that makes backend team jealous

JavaScript is the defacto language for frontend developers. In the last few years there’s an increase of new frontend tools & languages. One of them is Elm which guarantees no runtime exceptions while providing great performance and productivity gains.

The reliability and some other advantages are so nice, it even makes backend developers willing to do frontend stuff, which unfortunately is often isn’t the case with JavaScript. In this talk we’ll explore the language and talk about its advantages and disadvantages.
