Command and Control Boards are already known from the ancient traditional way of working (a.k.a. waterfall) in order to mitigate errors found at customer sites, so they will be resolved as soon as possible. Typically this is still done the “old” way, so a project or customer engineer demands immediate action. This may conflict with the agile or scrum way of working. So, we should focus on agile techniques, and in particular coach our peers (both customer and team member) how to recognize and act upon this kind of behavior.
